Chris and I met all the way back in the 8th grade. The day we met he told our mutual best friend that he was going to marry me one day, I told her that i thought he was weird. Fast forward several years later and turns out that he was right. We have been happily married since Feb 11, 2011 and live in the Northern Virginia area with our fur baby Maddie the french bulldog.
We have always known that we wanted children but as it turns out it has not been as easy for us achieve as it is for others. After years of dealing with unexplained infertility and many doctors appointments, procedures , tears and heart break we have decided to build our family through the blessing of adoption. Adoption has always been close to my heart as i was adopted by my amazing parents when i was a week old and had they not adopted me i would have never met my amazing husband.
